  Had a day trip to the spa where the facilities were very good; clean and not too busy. The service was less good however for a 5 star venue. I was a guest of a member and despite having payed in advance we were asked to pay again on arrival. We had booked lunch in the brasserie and they had lost the booking. The service at lunch was quite slow (and it wasn't that busy) however the food was nice when it arrived.

  Fantastic setting! Brilliant service and really good food! Prices weren't too bad either, we paid £25 each for 3 courses off the Sunday lunch menu. We opted for to have small portions of each dish for starters, main and desert which proved to be quite a nice variety. The portions were generous and delicious therefore I would definitely recommend giving the menu a go. All in all I was very satisfied with the experience

  Absolutely outstanding experience. Staff are attentive and amazing. The tasting menu was an experience not to be missed. The spa is also great. The new rooms are beautiful with everything you need. 5 star
